Pool and garden

The private pool is 9 x 4,5 m. The fenced terrain (partly electrical fence) is 4000m2 and has several terraces, seating areas as well as a playing area. A variety of fruits can be found in the garden.
Furthermore there is a large covered poarch with a long dining table for up to 10 persons.
House and living area
​
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious, modern living room. In the lving room there is a comfortable foldable sofabed, that sleeps two people. The house has a total surface of 80m2. It has an fully equipped outside kitchen as well as an outside shower.

Surroundings

The ares is very suitable for hiking. The famous hiking trail ´Alta Via´ passes past the house.
If you are looking for a bit more culture and cosmopolitan? At 20 minutes drive you will find the Cote d' Azur with cities like Monaco en San Remo. The beautiful beaches of Menton and Ventimiglia are at a 15 minutes drive.
