Booking & Stay Terms

• Nightly rate: € 315 summer season

• Changeover day: Exclusively on Saturdays

• Minimum stay: 7 nights

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund

• Cancellation 14–30 days before arrival: 50% refund

• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: No refund

Payment schedule

• 25% upon booking

• 75% 1 month before arrival

• Remaining amount, cleaning fee & security deposit: 1 week before arrival

Additional fees

• Cleaning fee: €200

• Security deposit: €500 (refundable)

• In compliance with regulations, a tourist tax of € 2 per person per night is due for guest over 10 years old.
